On 27th May 2014, Deputy Padraig MacLochlainn, TD, Sinn Féin asked Minister of the Environment, Deputy Phil Hogan, TD, a Parliamentary Question relating to the on-going structural problems in their dwellings faced by homeowners in Donegal.
